Proxy Sniffer terms and conditions of sale

1. Please note that all sales are final, no refunds or credit notes. We do offer evaluation licenses, please thoroughly evaluate the product before buying.
2. Safe Area does not make any guarantees in regards to the transactions per second (TPS) rate that the buyer will be able to achieve on his own (or 3rd party) hardware. TPS rates are heavily affected by various factors outside of our control. (including but not limited to network bandwidth, CPU usage on the execution agent or on the test application server, nature of the tested webapplication, application or webserver speed, etc…).
3. All support contract sold by us include best-effort email based support only. At this stage we do not offer phone based support nor do we guarantee a specific reaction time to support requests.
4. Unless otherwise agreed all Proxy Sniffer licenses cannot be resold or otherwise transferred to a 3rd party entity.
5. Safe Area Pty Ltd shall not grant any express, implied or legal warranties, title or covenants with respect to the product, including but not limited to any warranties relating to quality, safety, performance, non-infringement, merchantability or the suitability for use or a special purpose. 
6. Furthermore, the manufacturer shall not covenant or warrant that the product is complete and faultless or operates without any loss of data.
